course from the American Petroleum Institute.
The API thoroughly evaluated John Zink's continuing education program before
certifying the Institute's Process Burner Operations course. Procedures, course
structure, instructor credentials and policies were among the many criteria examined.
John Zink's Process Burner Operations course is designed for operators, engineers,
maintenance, safety and training personnel from hydrocarbon, chemical and petrochemical
processing and refining plants around the world. During this one-day course, students
will gain an in-depth understanding of the latest combustion technologies and techniques
to improve efficiency, insight into how air and fuel variability affect burner performance
and emissions, and the knowledge to accurately evaluate the economics of replacements and
