Advanced NOx Control for Efficient Waste Incineration

Our NOxIDIZER® Thermal Oxidizer Systems are engineered to provide advanced solutions for the incineration of nitrogen-containing compounds in waste streams. Utilizing a multi-stage combustion process, our systems minimize NOx formation and achieve exceptional efficiency in the destruction of nitrogen-bearing organic wastes. The NOxIDIZER® system incorporates a reduction stage, a quench stage, and a re-oxidation stage to control and minimize NOx emissions effectively. In the reduction stage, the system operates at sub-stoichiometric oxygen levels, converting bound nitrogen to molecular nitrogen (N2). The quench stage rapidly cools the flue gas, preventing the formation of thermal NOx. Finally, the re-oxidation stage reintroduces oxygen to complete the combustion process at lower temperatures, ensuring minimal NOx production.
