These DSUs meet all USCG requirements for vessel over/under pressure protection, fire and explosion protection, and vapor conditioning, while our VBUs are designed to safely deliver vapors from the dock to the emission control device, incorporating features like spark-resistant blowers and detonation arrestors.
John Zink’s vapor control solutions, including vapor combustion units (VCUs) and vapor recovery units (VRUs), are recognized as the "Best Demonstrated Technology" and the "Maximum Achievable Control Technology" by the U.S. EPA. Our VCUs are designed to handle a broad range of vapor compositions and flow rates, offering destruction efficiencies typically exceeding 99%.
