Reliable Low NOx Burners for Complex Applications

Variflame™ delivers reliable and efficient performance across a range of industrial applications. Known for their versatility and economy, Variflame™ burners are engineered for steam raising, multiple fuel zones, and waste gas incineration. With advanced air-fuel staging and robust construction, these burners achieve NOx emissions as low as 20 ppm with flue gas recirculation (FGR).


Designed for gas and oil-fired boilers with heat inputs from 30 to 400 MMBtu/hr (8.8 to 117 MW), Variflame™ burners offer high turndown ratios and simultaneous firing capabilities. Their innovative design features a venturi throat or a straight barrel throat, with various spud configurations to optimize flame shape and emissions. These burners are suitable for complex applications where flexible and reliable combustion is essential.
