Our ZTOF® Enclosed Flares are engineered to provide a cost-effective and reliable solution for the destruction of low BTU biogas, with methane concentrations ranging from 1-15%. Utilizing advanced combustion technology, these flares achieve a destruction efficiency greater than 98%, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental regulations. 


ZTOF® flares feature castable refractory for enhanced heat retention and a robust design, incorporating elements from traditional thermal oxidizers to maximize performance. The system is capable of handling both high and low-pressure gas streams, offering flexibility and efficiency in biogas and renewable natural gas (RNG) applications, reliable performance and significant operational benefits.
