Our DFL™ Low-Emission Burner is engineered to provide superior combustion performance with significantly reduced emissions. It is capable of achieving up to a 50% NOx reduction over conventional burners, and up to a 90% reduction when combined with flue gas recirculation (FGR) or over-fire air (OFA).


This versatile burner operates with low excess air (as low as 5%) and features adjustable flame shaping for customized performance. With a robust design and no moving parts under normal operation, the DFL™ burner ensures reliable, low-maintenance operation. Its capability to fire both liquid and gaseous fuels makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
