Eliminate Leakage with Efficient Vapor Collection and Control

Our VAVACS™ (Vapor Vacuum Control System) is designed to eliminate vapor leakage and reduce overall terminal emissions during the loading of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This advanced system maintains a constant vacuum in the vapor header, ensuring efficient vapor collection and control. The VAVACS™ system is equipped with a vapor blower and vapor control spools that regulate vacuum levels in each truck lane, providing a secure and efficient operation. By utilizing a variable frequency drive (VFD) to control the blower based on real-time pressure data, the system optimizes performance and minimizes emissions.
