High Intensity (HI) Burner

The John Zink High Intensity (HI) Burner, known for its high intensity mixing and flame stabilization capabilities, is a versatile forced draft combination burner that can fire both gas and/or liquid fuel. It is designed to handle multiple liquid guns, allowing for simultaneous firing of liquid fuel and waste

Overview

A Stable, High-Performance Burner for Demanding Conditions

The Hi Intensity Burner is a robust solution for applications requiring superior mixing and flame stability. It utilizes air spin vanes and a hot recirculation section to ensure a stable flame, making it suitable for NOxIDIZER systems, sub-stoichiometric conditions, and other demanding environments. The burner's design allows for flexible fuel capacity, accommodating either liquid or gas fuels, and is capable of meeting turndown requirements up to 10-to-1. It operates efficiently under sub-stoichiometric conditions without soot formation and is applicable in Oxygen Enrichment scenarios.

Features

  • Forced draft combination burner compatible with gas and/or liquid fuel.
  • Multiple liquid gun capability for firing liquid fuel and waste concurrently.
  • Air spin vanes for enhanced flame stabilization.
  • Hot recirculation section for stable flame maintenance.
  • Flexible fuel capacity with liquid or gas options.
  • High turndown ratio up to 10-to-1.
  • Controlled airflow for optimal H2S/SO2 conversion.
  • Suitable for Oxygen Enrichment applications.
  • Stainless steel non-plugging burner tip.
  • High-capacity pilot for reliable operation

Benefits
